The Scoop - Bishop Guilfoyle has big plans this season, and Sam McCloskey is a big reason why. There is not much the versatile McCloskey can't do. Running the ball? Check. McCloskey was second on the team in rushing last season and helps form one of the area's most lethal rushing attacks. Catch the ball? Sure. He also was the second leading receiver for Marauders and provides a great receiving option out of the backfield. Tackle? Yep. McCloskey helped make BG one of the toughest D's around, and he is a big hitter from the secondary. McCloskey came up with three interceptions last year also.
